Registration and Fee

Everyone, both Participants and Faculty, must register on the web site in order
to receive username and password to access the web app and to receive
the certificate of attendance after the event.

*To benefit from reduced Registration Fee, Members must have already payed their membership.
**A letter with the confirmation of being a resident in a surgical specialty or a PhD student from the hospital or department is mandatory. The letter should contain the date of birth of a participant.
All additional documents should be sent to rosadeventi@rosadeventi.com e-mail address, not later than on the day of registration at the congress website.

Registration Desk

The registration desk is located at the main entrance of the Congress Venue and will be open during the Conference.

Official Language

The official language of the Congress is English and there will be no simultaneous translations during the Scientific Sessions.


Personal name badges will be available at the Congress Registration Desk and should be worn at all times. If you lose your name badge, please contact the Congress Reception Desk. Badges can be identified by the following colors codes:
  • Faculty: RED
  • Participant: TRANSPARENT
  • Exhibitors: GREEN
  • Accompanying Person: YELLOW

Certificate of Attendance

All registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance. The Certificate will be sent by email to all participants that registered on the website.

Evaluation Form

All Participants will be requested to complete and deliver to the Organizing Secretariat an Evaluation Form (anonymous) as feedback of their experience during the Congress.

Letter of Invitation

Participants may require an official Letter of Invitation to enable them to overcome administrative difficulties in their Countries, in order to participate in the Congress. It must be understood that such letters do not imply any commitments from the Congress to provide financial assistance.
However, please note that the letter of invitation can only be sent to registered participants. If you require such a letter, please apply to the Organizing Secretariat e-mailing to:

Liability and Insurance

The Organizers as well as the Organizing Secretariat will assume no liability for injuries or losses of any nature incurred by Participants and/or Accompanying Persons, or for the damage, loss or theft of their personal property during the Congress. Participants are advised to have their own health, travel and personal insurances.

Exhibition Area

All delegates are invited to visit the Exhibition Area in Palazzo San Giorgio.

Please make sure your mobile phone and other electronics devices are off before accessing Scientific Sessions.

Payment Methods

On-line it is possible to pay only by bank transfer.
On-site it is possible to pay only by cash.

Please ensure that the name of the Congress and of the Participant is stated on the bank transfer.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the Registration Fees.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Notification of Cancellation must be sent by fax or email to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellations will be accepted until February, 28, 2022, with refund of all paid fees, except for a 30% administrative charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
